RescaleImage is a measurement and resampling tool published as a set of static pages. It is offered free of charge, without registration, and without any undertaking that it will remain available, remain free, or continue to behave as it does today. Opening a page here is acceptance of the conditions on this one.

No ownership, licence or other interest in anything you open is claimed, granted or acquired. The arithmetic happens in your browser and the operator of this site never receives the file, so there would be nothing to claim an interest in even if a claim were made. You are responsible for holding the rights to whatever you process, and for the use you make of the result.

The figures shown are computed correctly to the best of the author’s ability and are published without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. A print job, a submission to a portal or a professional deliverable should be checked against the specification it has to satisfy before it is committed. Browsers differ in how they decode and encode images, and a result produced on one may not be identical to a result produced on another.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including rejected submissions, reprint costs, lost work or corrupted files.

Do not use this site to process material you have no right to process, to produce infringing or unlawful output, or to attempt to interfere with its delivery or with other visitors’ use of it. Automated scraping of the pages, or embedding the tool inside another product without permission, is not permitted.

No advertising is served on these pages at the moment. The placements exist in the source and are held switched off until Google AdSense approves the domain. Once AdSense has approved it, whatever appears in those bands is supplied by a third party, is neither selected nor endorsed here, and any dealing with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

One link on this site leads away from it, in the note on upscaling, and the site it reaches is governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy rather than by these. The PictureEditor credit beneath the footer wordmark is plain text and not a link.

These conditions may be revised, and the revision takes effect when it is published here. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
